Bombers Hold On For 11 – 10 Win Over Miners

A battle of holding on resulted in an 11-10 Bombers in over the Madisonville Miners.  The Bombers jumped out to an early 11-0 lead over the Miners. That held until the bottom of the 8th when the Miners started clawing their way back into the game, scoring 5 in the 8th inning and another 5 in the 9th while threatening with more.

Jacob Frankel took the win for the Bombers, striking out 9 and and walking zero.  Jaxson Blair recorded the last two outs to earn the save for the Bombers.

Cody Bridges, Nolan Ramsey & Cooper Trinkle had 3 RBIs each for the night.  Nick Gonzales added another 2.

The Bombers return home for a 3-night stand at League Stadium beginning on Friday night.
