Bombers Win On Ramsey’s 2-Run Homer In The 8th

Henderson Flash lost the lead late in a 7-5 defeat to Dubois County Bombers on Sunday. The game was tied at five with Dubois County Bombers batting in the top of the ninth when Nolan Ramsey homered on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs.

Henderson Flash opened up scoring in the second inning. Walker Paris drove in two when he singled.

Tobe Whitten earned the win for Dubois County Bombers. He surrendered zero runs on one hit over two innings, striking out four. Reece Kleinhelter threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.

Andy Samuelson took the loss for Henderson Flash. He surrendered two runs on two hits over two innings, striking out three.

Kevin Davis started the game for Dubois County Bombers. He allowed five hits and four runs over six innings, striking out two Braden White started the game for Henderson Flash. He surrendered two runs on five hits over two and two-thirds innings, striking out three and walking zero.
